Buti Flow carries the same wild energy as Buti but slows things down a touch. You’ll have more time to breathe, feel, and refine your form while staying connected to rhythm and release.
POUND
POUND is a cardio jam that feels more like a rock concert than a workout. With Ripstix in hand, you’ll drum your way through stress and tension while building strength and energy. Music moves you, rhythm heals you, and the beat keeps you coming back for more.
BYC HIIT
BYC HIIT is our Bad Yogis twist on high-intensity interval training. Four rounds. Five highs, five lows. Between each burst, we flow through yoga poses to reset the breath and keep the body active. We finish strong with a core circuit that fires up your metabolism for days. Forty-five minutes. Full-body power. Total release.
